Services

Arc One Solutions provides storm damage roof replacement, insurance claim management, storm damage assessment, and emergency tarping services in the Nashville, Tennessee metropolitan area. All work is performed by our in-house W-2 crews under the supervision of a Tennessee-licensed general contractor.

Contingency Agreement

Arc One operates on a contingency basis for insurance claim work. This means you owe no fees for inspection, assessment, or claim filing unless your insurance carrier approves the full replacement. If your claim is approved, you are responsible only for your insurance deductible. Specific terms are detailed in the written agreement provided before any work begins.

Warranty

Arc One provides a 5-year craftsmanship warranty on all roof installations, covering defects in workmanship and installation. This warranty is in addition to the manufacturer's material warranty (GAF Timberline HDZ). Warranty terms are provided in writing at project completion.
