Nashville Roofing — Built to Stay

Most Nashville roofs get replaced every 12 years.
Ours last 25.

W-2 crews. GAF Timberline HDZ. A warranty that means something — because we're still here, debt-free, in Nashville. Not a burner phone from out of state.

Roofs installed since 2011: hundreds. Workmanship callbacks: single digits.

How It Works

Four steps. Because a roof is a 25-year decision.

No pressure. No "good/better/best." One written number, one crew, one roof — built the way we'd want ours built.

01

Assessment, Not a Sales Call.

We walk the roof, document what we see, and tell you what it actually needs. Sometimes that's a repair, not a replacement.

02

One Written Number.

Here's the roof your house wants. Here's what it costs. Here's when we start. No pressure menus.

03

Our Crew, Our Truck.

W-2 employees. GAF Timberline HDZ. Proper ventilation. Code-compliant flashing. One day on the roof.

04

We're Here in 2035.

5-year workmanship warranty. Named owners, known addresses, a phone number that still rings.

Roofing isn't a monthly decision. We treat it like the 25-year one it is.

Why This Roof Outlasts the Next Owner

What most Nashville roofers skip.

Proper Ventilation.

The #1 thing that kills roofs early is the wrong intake-to-exhaust ratio. Most installers skip the math. We calculate it for your attic and install accordingly.

Drip Edge + Ice-and-Water Shield in Valleys.

Code-required. Routinely missed by cheap bidders. Without them, your decking rots from the edge in — quietly, for years — before you see the ceiling stain.

No Subcontractors.

Our own W-2 crews install every roof. Same standard, same training, same accountability. No franchise lottery.

Debt-Free Company.

We'll be here to honor the 5-year warranty because we don't have a bank calling on next month's payroll. Quiet by design.

For Long-Horizon Homeowners

Questions we wish more people asked.

How long should a roof actually last?

A properly installed GAF architectural roof, with correct ventilation and code-required accessories, should give you 25 years in the Nashville climate. The Nashville average is closer to 12–15 years because of shortcut installs, not shingle quality. The shingle isn't the weak link — the install is.

What's the real difference between a $12K roof and a $25K roof?

Mostly: labor quality, ventilation, flashing details, and whether they actually install drip edge and IWS in valleys. Same shingle package on both. The cheap roof looks identical on day one — and fails ten years sooner. You're paying for craftsmanship that's invisible from the driveway.

What is proper roof ventilation and why does it matter?

Heat and moisture in your attic have to escape. If they don't, shingles cook from below and decking softens. Most new roofs in Nashville are installed without anyone doing the intake-exhaust math. We calculate your attic's required NFA (net free area) and install ridge vent, soffit vents, and bathroom exhausts accordingly.

How do I spot a storm chaser vs. a local?

Storm chasers have out-of-state plates, a toll-free number, and a brand-new LLC. Locals have a permanent address, a Tennessee GC license, callable references from your zip, and they were here before the last storm. Ask for a physical address and last year's jobs — then drive to one.

Do you still answer the phone five years after the job?

Yes. That's the entire point of a workmanship warranty — it has to be collectable. Our phone number today is the same one you'll use to call us in 2031.

Do you do insurance claims?

Yes — Dustin (licensed GC) handles the full process end to end. But this page is for the homeowners thinking longer-term than this week's storm. Insurance is a wedge; the real product is the 25-year roof.
