Nashville Roofing, the Neighborly Way

We don't knock on doors after storms.
We don't call twice. We don't pressure-close. The number on your estimate is the number you pay.

Nashville has enough roofers who do the other thing. We built Arc One for everyone tired of it — a licensed GC, an in-house crew, a written report in 48 hours, and a phone answered by a human who lives here.

How It Works

Four things that happen. In the order they happen. Every time.

Standard sequence — because surprises in this industry are almost never good ones.

01

Read the Sample Report.

A worked Arc One assessment — line items, typical findings, honest numbers for a Nashville roof. Open it now. No form, no email, no sales call. Decide if we're your kind of roofer before anyone picks up the phone.

Sample report

Open it right now — no form required

02

We Climb. You Get a PDF in 48 Hours.

Address, roof age, what's going on. Dustin or one of our crew climbs the roof and emails you the written scope two mornings later. Itemized. Portable. Forward it to your spouse, your agent, or a second roofer — that's the point.

03

One Crew, One Day, One Standard.

Our W-2 team, our truck, GAF Timberline HDZ, proper ventilation and IWS in the valleys. No sub lottery. Usually one day on the roof. You know who showed up because they show up every time.

04

We Come Back at Twelve Months.

Free. We check the flashing, the caulk joints, the valleys, the vents. You didn't ask us to. That's the point.

The Neighborly Standard

What we do — and what we refuse to do.

Both lists are load-bearing. The things we refuse say as much about the company as the things we deliver.

Things we do that most roofers don't

  • Free 12-month roof check. We come back at a year. You don't have to call.
  • "Don't replace it yet." If your roof has another season, we say so and put it in writing.
  • Portable estimates. Itemized PDF, sent by email, shareable with anyone — your spouse, your agent, another roofer.
  • Tarp + cleanup included. Not a line item. Part of the job.
  • Human callback in 15 minutes. During business hours. Voicemail after hours, returned before 9am — never a call-center queue.
  • Dustin on site. At least once per job. More if you want him there.

Things we refuse to do

  • No door-knocking after storms. Ever. Not our crews, not our reps.
  • No "sign tonight" discounts. The price is the price. Take a week if you need a week.
  • No "manager approval" games. One person quotes; that's the quote.
  • No subcontracted install days. Our crew, every time.
  • No out-of-state trucks. Nashville addresses, Nashville plates.
  • No financing kickbacks. Financing exists if you need it, at cost. It doesn't bump the ticket.
  • No pressure-close scripts. If you say "let me think about it," we say "of course."

Every item on both lists is a real, enforceable policy — not marketing. If a crew ever breaks one, we want you to tell us.

Who We Are

Named people. One shop. No empire.

Dustin is a licensed Tennessee GC.

Not a salesman with a ladder. His name is on every permit, every estimate, every warranty. He answers the phone more often than you'd expect.

One owner, one shop, one Nashville.

Not a franchise. Not a multi-state outfit with a Nashville truck. When you call Arc One, you are calling Arc One.

Debt-free company.

We aren't covering one job's payroll with another job's deposit. That's how rushed installs and disappearing warranties happen. Not here.

Here for 15+ years.

Same name, same number, same crew you can Google. When a storm-chaser is gone in 18 months, we'll still be in Nashville.

How We Work

Written. Itemized. Portable.

Written, itemized, portable assessments — in 48 hours.

A PDF you can forward to anyone. Your spouse, your agent, a second roofer. Transparency isn't a feature; it's the deliverable.

In-house W-2 crew.

Not a Craigslist roster on install day. The crew that trained on the last 100 roofs is the crew doing yours.

One standard on every roof.

Proper ventilation, drip edge, ice & water shield in valleys, GAF Timberline HDZ. The things that kill roofs early aren't optional line items.

A human answers the phone.

Fifteen minutes during business hours. Before 9am the next morning if you reach out overnight. No IVR, no call-center script.

And If You Care About the Long View Too

A roof built the right way lasts 25 years, not 12.

Most Nashville roofs get replaced around year 12. The gap is almost always install quality — not shingle quality. The four things that kill roofs early (ventilation, flashing, valleys, sub crews) are the four things in our standard. That's the whole closer. If it matters to you, ask us about it.

What People Ask First

The questions you actually have.

Do you knock on doors after storms?

No. Not our crews, not our reps, ever. If someone shows up at your door after a storm claiming to be from Arc One, they aren't. Call the number on our site and tell us.

What's in the sample roof report?

A representative Arc One assessment — line items, typical findings for a Nashville home, honest price ranges. It's a worked example, not a bid on your specific roof. No form, no email, no sales call to open it.

What happens in the first 48 hours after I reach out?

A human calls you back within 15 minutes during business hours (or before 9am the next morning if overnight). We schedule a climb. Within 48 hours of that climb, you get a written, itemized PDF assessment by email — shareable with anyone you want.

Why do you come back at one year?

Because most roof problems start small and get expensive quietly — a lifted shingle tab, a pinhole in a caulk joint, a vent flashing that's pulling. At 12 months we check the things you can't see from the ground. Free. You didn't ask us to. That's the point.

Who's actually on my roof the day you install?

Our in-house W-2 crew. Same people, same truck, same standard as the last 100 roofs. Not a subcontractor. Not a day-labor crew assembled that morning. Dustin is on site at least once per job.

Why don't you share customer names or references?

Our customers trusted us with their homes, not with fielding calls from strangers. So we earn your trust another way: read the sample report, check the license, read the warranty, look at the crew. If that isn't enough, we aren't the right fit — and that's okay.

How is Dustin different from a normal roofer?

He's a licensed Tennessee GC. That means he can legally handle the decking repair, chimney flashing, skylight reseat, soffit work — without calling in three other trades or writing three other invoices. One license, one crew, one accountable name on the permit.

Do you do insurance claims?

Yes. Dustin (licensed GC) handles the full process — adjuster meeting, supplements to code, contingency model (no fee unless approved). We also do retail out-of-pocket roofs with no claim involved.

What happens if something goes wrong two years from now?

You call the same number you called the first time. Someone picks up. 5-year workmanship warranty on top of GAF's manufacturer warranty. Debt-free company — we'll be here.

What areas do you serve?

Greater Nashville metro: Nashville, East Nashville, Lebanon, Madison, Gallatin, Antioch, Oak Hill, Green Hills, Brentwood, Franklin, Mt. Juliet. Tell us your address — we'll tell you if we're the right fit for your block.

Start with the Report

Read it first. Call us if it still makes sense.

No one pressures you through this form. We respond in 15 minutes during business hours, or before 9am if you reach out overnight. A licensed GC climbs your roof, writes an honest assessment, and emails you a PDF inside 48 hours — whether you use us or not. If you haven't read the sample report, start there.
