Every Arc One installation is done by our W-2 employees — not subcontractors sourced from a labor marketplace. The crew that shows up on your roof has been trained to our spec and is accountable to Dustin, not to whoever called them that morning.

Permits on Every Job
We pull a Metro Nashville building permit before any work starts — no exceptions. This is required by law and skipped routinely by storm-chasers. The permit creates a public record that the job was done and inspected. It protects you when you sell the house.

Every Arc One installation comes with a 5-year workmanship warranty on top of GAF's manufacturer warranty. If anything we installed fails in the first five years due to our workmanship, we come back and fix it. No runaround, no argument about fault.

If your roof doesn't need replacing, we say so. Some hail events cause cosmetic damage only. Some roofs have 5 years left. We'd rather do a repair today and earn your replacement job when it's actually time. That's how you stay in business in one market for 15 years.
